About the Museum

Andrey Ananov opened his jewelry workshop in 1989. It became the first private workshop in Russia authorized to work with precious metals and stones.

The main goal of creating the workshop was described as "reviving the craftsmanship, techniques, and artistic excellence of the Russian jewelry school."

In the 1990s, the Ananov company flourished. Young, talented enthusiasts came to learn the jeweler's craft, and within a short period, they managed to revive and sometimes reinvent the technical secrets that distinguished Russian masters of the 18th-19th centuries and early 20th century.

The company showcased its exhibitions in many capitals of Europe, the UK, the USA, and Brazil.

The company's works were repeatedly exhibited in Monaco, Paris, and Moscow.
